Today, we are announcing a new pricing structure for Zero. The change is designed to make pricing easier to understand and give individuals and teams more control over how credits are allocated.
The central change is simple: the workspace plan and member usage are now priced separately.
- The plan determines shared workspace capabilities, including concurrent runs, voice limits, and support.
- A member package provides the monthly credits used by each individual member.
- Optional concurrency add-ons and credit top-ups provide additional capacity when a workspace needs it.
This structure allows a team to choose the capabilities it needs at the workspace level while assigning different credit packages to members with different usage patterns.
We are rolling out the new pricing through Zero Billing. Existing paid subscriptions will not change automatically. Workspace admins will be able to review the new total before choosing to move, and any migration will take effect at the next renewal.
The new pricing at a glance
- Pro starts at $20/month for one person: $0 plan base fee + one required $20 member package.
- Team starts at $180/month for one person: $160 plan base fee + one required $20 member package.
- Every member on a paid workspace needs a monthly package: $20, $50, $100, or $200.
- Team includes 10 concurrent runs: additional concurrency costs $100 per slot per month.
- Credit top-ups are optional: manual and automatic top-ups cost $1 per 1,000 credits.
Only the plan base fee and member packages are required. Concurrency add-ons and credit top-ups are optional.
Why we are making this change
Usage can vary significantly within the same workspace. One member may run agents and automations throughout the day, while another may only need Zero for a few focused tasks each week.
Under a single shared allowance, every member is tied to the same pool regardless of how they use the product. The new structure separates two decisions that are fundamentally different:
- What should the workspace be able to do? This is determined by the Pro or Team plan.
- How much monthly usage does each member need? This is determined by that member's package.
For admins, this provides a clearer view of recurring costs and more precise control over how credits are distributed across the team.
Review the new pricing in Billing
Open the user menu in the bottom-left corner of Zero and select Settings. Under Billing & pricing, choose Billing, then click Upgrade or Compare all plans.

Open User menu → Settings → Billing & pricing → Billing to review your options.
Billing shows the workspace plan, required member packages, optional add-ons, and the resulting monthly total separately before confirmation.
How the new pricing is calculated
Your recurring monthly commitment is:
plan base fee + all member packages + ($100 × additional concurrency slots)
Your actual charge for a month may also include manual or automatic credit top-ups, prorated changes made during the billing period, and applicable taxes.
1. Choose a workspace plan
Pro and Team determine the capabilities shared by everyone in the workspace. The plan base fee does not include member credits.

The plan comparison displays the workspace base fee and member-package pricing separately.
| Plan | Base fee | Included concurrent runs | Voice limits | Designed for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $0/month | 2 | 300 requests/day and 200 minutes | Individuals and smaller teams |
| Team | $160/month | 10, with add-ons available | 500 requests/day and 500 minutes | Teams running more work in parallel |
Both paid plans include seven shared agents, unlimited private agents, and bring-your-own-model support. Team also includes priority support.
2. Choose a package for every member
Every member on a Pro or Team workspace needs one monthly member package. Packages can be assigned individually, so members do not all need to be on the same tier.

Admins can choose a different package for each member based on expected usage.
| Monthly package | Monthly credits | Bonus shown in Billing |
|---|---|---|
| $20 | 20,400 credits | 2% |
| $50 | 52,600 credits | 5% |
| $100 | 108,700 credits | 8% |
| $200 | 222,200 credits | 10% |
Member-package credits belong to the individual member and renew with the package each billing period. Unused package credits expire at the end of that period.
When an admin invites a new teammate, they select that person's package first. The resulting recurring cost is shown before the member is added.
3. Add concurrency when the team needs more parallel capacity
Concurrency is the number of runs that can execute at the same time. It is separate from credits:
- Free includes 1 concurrent run.
- Pro includes 2 concurrent runs.
- Team includes 10 concurrent runs.
- Team can add capacity for $100 per additional concurrent slot per month.
An additional slot allows one more run to execute at the same time. It is not a $100 charge each time a run starts. For example, a Team workspace with two add-on slots can run up to 12 jobs simultaneously and adds $200 to its recurring monthly total.
Concurrency increases take effect immediately, with any prorated amount shown before confirmation. Reductions take effect on the next billing date. Pro does not offer concurrency add-ons; workspaces that need more than two simultaneous runs should choose Team.
4. Use top-ups for additional shared credits
Pro and Team workspaces can purchase extra credits manually or enable auto top-up. The rate is $1 per 1,000 credits, with a minimum purchase of 1,000 credits.
Top-up credits are added to the workspace's shared balance and do not expire. Auto top-up is optional: an admin chooses a balance threshold and the number of credits to purchase when that threshold is reached.
Auto top-up is not part of the Team base fee and is not included in the advertised starting price. A charge only occurs when the configured top-up is triggered. Free workspaces cannot purchase top-ups.
Example monthly totals
Zero shows the full recurring total before checkout.

A one-person Team workspace starts at $180/month: $160 for Team and $20 for the required member package.
| Workspace | Recurring calculation | Monthly commitment |
|---|---|---|
| One-person Pro | $0 base + one $20 package | $20 |
| Three-person Pro | $0 base + $20 + $50 + $20 packages | $90 |
| One-person Team | $160 base + one $20 package | $180 |
| Three-person Team | $160 base + three $20 packages | $220 |
| Three-person Team with 2 extra concurrency slots | $160 base + $60 packages + $200 concurrency | $420 |
If the last workspace triggers a 10,000-credit auto top-up during the month, the actual charge increases by $10. Its recurring monthly commitment remains $420.
What this change means for you
Free users
What changes: Free remains $0. New Free workspaces receive 3,000 credits valid for 30 days and can run one job at a time. Free does not support manual or automatic top-ups.
What you need to do: Nothing immediately. Upgrade to Pro or Team when you need ongoing credits, additional concurrency, or paid workspace capabilities.
Existing Pro customers
What changes: Your current subscription will not move automatically. The existing Pro plan is $20/month with 20,000 credits shared by the workspace. Under the new structure, Pro has a $0 base fee and each member receives an individual package. A one-person Pro workspace on the smallest package remains $20/month and includes 20,400 monthly credits for that member.
What you need to do: No action is required unless an admin chooses to move to the new pricing. To migrate, review Billing, select a package for every member and pending invitation, and confirm the new total. The change will be scheduled for the next renewal, and existing credits will be preserved.
New Pro customers
What changes: Pro has no workspace base fee, but every member needs a monthly package. A one-person workspace starts at $20/month and includes two concurrent runs. Paid concurrency add-ons are not available on Pro.
What you need to do: Choose Pro and select a package for the first member. Select another package whenever a teammate is added. Manual and automatic top-ups remain optional.
Existing Team customers
What changes: Your current subscription will not move automatically. The existing Team plan is $200/month with 120,000 shared credits and 10 concurrent runs. Under the new structure, Team has a $160 workspace base fee, continues to include 10 concurrent runs, and requires an individual package for every member.
The new total depends on team size and package selection. One member on a $20 package totals $180/month, while three members on $20 packages total $220/month. Concurrency add-ons are billed separately from both the Team base fee and member packages.
What you need to do: An admin should compare the existing subscription with the new total, assign a package to every member and pending invitation, and review any concurrency add-ons. If confirmed, the change will take effect at the next renewal. Existing credits, agents, workflows, automations, and connected tools will be preserved.
New Team customers
What changes: Team starts with a $160 workspace base fee, one required member package, and 10 concurrent runs. The minimum one-person total is $180/month. Every additional member needs a package, and each concurrency slot above 10 costs $100/month.
What you need to do: Choose Team, select a package for every member, and decide whether the included 10 concurrent runs meet the workspace's needs. Review the complete recurring total before checkout. Enable auto top-up only if the workspace wants additional shared credits to be purchased automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Why does Team start at $180 instead of $160?
The $160 Team base fee pays for shared workspace capabilities. Every paid workspace must also have at least one member package. The smallest package is $20, so the minimum Team total is $180/month.
Is add-on concurrency charged per run?
No. Team pays $100/month for each additional simultaneous run slot. The number of runs started does not change that recurring price, although those runs still consume credits.
Is auto top-up required?
No. Auto top-up is optional on both Pro and Team and only creates a charge when the workspace balance reaches the threshold configured by an admin.
Will an existing paid subscription change automatically?
No. An admin must review and confirm the new configuration. The migration is then scheduled for the workspace's next renewal, with existing credits and workspace setup preserved.
When the new pricing becomes available to your workspace, open User menu → Settings → Billing & pricing → Billing in Zero to review your options and exact total before confirming.
